Service

AntiScan checks files with several antivirus engines and shows each engine's result. Results are informational: a clean result does not guarantee that a file is safe.

Files are deleted right after the report is ready. Reports are kept for 30 days.

Your files

Do not upload files you have no right to share. Files are never sent to antivirus vendors.

Files sent to the Telegram bot pass through Telegram servers. For maximum privacy, use the website.

Payments

Plans and scans are digital services delivered as scan credits on your account immediately after payment. One file scan uses one credit; a scan that fails on every engine is refunded automatically.

Payments in the Telegram bot are made in Telegram Stars. Refund requests are reviewed by AntiScan support; unused credits of a refunded purchase are removed.

For any question, including payments, open a ticket on the Support page or use /paysupport in the Telegram bot. Telegram support cannot help with purchases made in our bot.
